How do I book a room?

You can book directly on our website by selecting your preferred dates, number of guests, and meal plan, then proceeding to checkout via WooCommerce.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and additional charges).

What meal options are available?

We offer four meal plans: Bed Only Bed & Breakfast Half Board (Includes breakfast and dinner) Full Board (Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

Do you allow children, and how are they charged?

Yes, we welcome families! Children under 5 stay free when sharing a bed with an adult. Children 5-12 years are charged at a discounted rate.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Modifications can be made at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Mobile Money, Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers through WooCommerce.
